										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Professional tool length sensor for CNC machines</strong></p>
<p>In order to be able to carry out high-quality milling work, it is essential that the tool length and the zero point in the Z-axis of the CNC machines are measured precisely.<br />
The precision tool length sensor enables fast, precise and automatic measurement of the tool length of milling cutters, drills etc. after each tool change, as well as tool breakage monitoring.<br />
Time-consuming manual calibration, such as scratching the workpiece surface, is no longer necessary.<br />
In order to meet the requirements for extremely high precision, the tool length sensor has a solid, finely milled base body with precise 16 mm flank guidance of the sensing cylinder. The functional principle with linear guide is absolutely free of lateral forces, so that even sensitive and very small tools can be measured.</p>

<p>An inductive sensor is used as a switching sensor, which guarantees a repeat accuracy of between 0.01 and 0.02 mm.<br />
The dimensions of the 18 mm diameter scanning surface have been selected to provide an optimum basis for exact measurements not only for the smallest milling cutter diameters but also for larger milling cutters with roughing geometry.<br />
The low-profile design allows installation on most CNC machines both in fixed mounting and in flying use.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our electronic handwheel is connected directly to the controller by cable. As the machine movements are therefore carried out directly via the hardware controller (without a PC), there are no delays when positioning the CNC machine.</p>
<p>All actions on the handwheel are transferred 1:1 to the software.</p>
<p>The high-quality membrane keypad of the handwheel has <strong>29 Status LEDs</strong>. A metal snap disc inside the keypad confirms each switching operation haptically and acoustically with a clicking sound.</p>
<p>The handwheel has more than <strong>30 buttons and controls</strong>. Several standard functions such as. <strong>Perform reference run</strong>, <strong>Start job</strong>, <strong>Break</strong> etc. are permanently assigned and can be used immediately. The lower <strong>12 function keys</strong> can be accessed via <strong>cncGraF</strong> with your own functions and macros.</p>
<p>The housing of the handwheel is sealed all round and is magnetic at the rear for easy attachment to the machine. In addition, the handwheel has a built-in <strong>Emergency stop switch</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Functions of the handwheel</strong></p>

<strong>Advantage</strong>: Noticeable stop at 0 % and 100 % (minimum/maximum can be felt). <strong>Disadvantage</strong>: The display in the software may differ from the setting on the handwheel, as the speed can be changed both in the software and on the handwheel.</p>
